PRACTICE

Vanessa Cruz, has more than 7 years of experience in financial and corporate law, specializing in the listing of shares, alternative assets and debt securities of private, banking and governmental issuers.

She has participated in the analysis of public offerings of securities listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange, through the review of placement prospectuses, informative supplements, issuance minutes, trust agreements, management agreements, among others. Likewise, she has participated in the suspension and cancellation of securities in the capital and debt markets, as well as in the International Quotations System (SIC), in compliance with regulatory obligations.

In addition, she has experience in the attention of requirements and reports to different financial authorities, as well as in the analysis of new financial and stock market regulations, related to new instruments and issuers. Vanessa has carried out the drafting of regulatory projects, minutes of meetings and committees, as well as the review and negotiation of different types of contracts and service agreements.

She currently serves as Independent Compliance Officer in several public and private instruments, in terms of the CUFSAR.
