PRACTICE
Ana López has extensive experience in financial, securities and corporate law. She has participated in the review and analysis of issuance documents such as placement prospectuses, prospectus supplements, issuance minutes, meeting minutes, trust agreements, management agreements, among others, for the listing of securities in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Likewise, it has participated in the suspension and cancellation of securities in the capital and debt markets, as well as in the International Quotations System (SIC), in compliance with regulatory obligations.
Additionally, Ana has experience in the preparation of minutes of meetings, board of directors and various committees. She has carried out the drafting, review and negotiation of different types of contracts and agreements, as well as the registration and renewal of trademarks and reservation of rights.
Currently participates in the registration and documentary verification in the review process of the Independent Compliance Officer in terms of the CUFSAR.
