José Antonio Chávez advises Mexican and foreign, companies and financial Institutions on all matters related to financial transactions. José Antonio has a high level of experience in domestic and cross-border securitizations backed by future assets or cash flows, transactions that involve accounts receivable, consumer loans, highway tolls resulting from Federal and State concessions, leases, tax contributions and automotive loans, among others.

Antonio has experience in multiple securitizations of State and Municipal revenues, such as Federal participations and own income. He also advises States and Municipalities on the implementation of the legislative reforms necessary to perform said transactions. Antonio also has experience in advising clients in connection with securitizations of mortgage loans, bridge loans and storage lines. He also advises clients on infrastructure projects and aspects related to company acquisitions and privatizations, as well as debt restructuring for private companies, states and municipalities.
