PRACTICE

Brian Minutti advises domestic and foreign companies as well as states and municipalities in a diverse range of financing transactions. Brian also represents issuers in all types of public securities offerings, as well as creditors and debtors in credit operations and credit restructurings. He advises the authorized rating agencies in Mexico in the issuance of credit opinions in connection with structured securities. Brian has actively participated in several securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, as well as in the incorporation and legal planning of different companies and private equity funds.

Brian Minutti also has extensive experience in the legal structuring of complex financial transactions, including the implementation of special purpose vehicles, the design of all types of trusts, the review and drafting of timely payment guarantees, as well as the implementation and execution of derivative transactions.
